Had a good experience here.Very professional, felt that the staff was genuinely concerned about my hearing needs. Took one step at a time through the process, no sales pressure whatsoever, decided on a pair of hearing aids that were recommended. Will know in 2 weeks what they are like.

My experience has always been great. They have great customer service, always get right to me, fix my issues every time. I have been a long time patient.

I was unable to hear anything with my aides but as always the lady who fixed them was spot on in getting me taken care of.
